Swissotel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty, Almaty

My stay at the resort was largely enjoyable with several highlights. The rooms were clean and had a wonderful view from the balcony, and the service provided by the staff, especially Ms. Zarina and Kamila at reception, was exceptional. However, the dining experience could be improved as several bars were understocked, and some amenities, like the jacuzzi, were closed for maintenance during my visit. Overall, it's a nice place but needs some enhancements.
